Cancellation Policy
At HM Hair Designs the Salon, your time and experience matter deeply. These policies help create a calm, respectful space where every guest receives my full care, attention, and presence.
Communication is key. Life happens, and when we stay in touch—especially regarding cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies—we can work together to create the best possible experience for both of us.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require service adjustments or rescheduling. Please reach out as soon as possible.
Illness or Emergencies
If you’re feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible. Arriving while sick without prior notice will require rescheduling and may be subject to a 100% service charge.
Examples include: fever, flu-like or cold symptoms, stomach illness, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, persistent cough, pneumonia, or any contagious condition.
