Cancellation Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Retainer Fees: Retainer fees are non-refundable and are used to reserve appointment time. Retainer fees may be forfeited if an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed. No-Shows: Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. By booking an appointment, providing a card on file, paying a retainer fee, or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to HM Hair Designs the Salon's policies and terms. New clients review and discuss these policies during their consultation prior to booking and provide verbal agreement before an appointment is scheduled. Current clients acknowledge and agree to these policies when scheduling appointments. By booking, you authorize HM Hair Designs the Salon to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation, retainer forfeiture, or no-show fees, whether or not a separate waiver is signed. Late Arrivals: Arriving 10+ minutes late may require service adjustments or rescheduling. Illness: If you're feeling unwell, please notify me as soon as possible so we can discuss options.
