Appointment Policies
At HM Hair Designs the Salon, your time and experience matter deeply. These policies help me provide each guest with the care, attention, and relaxation they deserve.
Communication is key. Life happens, and when we stay in touch, we can work together to create the best possible experience—for both of us.
Cancellations
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.
No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged 95–100% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. Please reach out—communication is always appreciated and we may be able to make it work.
Illness or Emergencies
If you're unwell or something urgent comes up, please let me know as soon as possible. I completely understand and will always do my best to reschedule you with care.
If I ever need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I’ll do everything I can to make it up to you—even if it means coming in on an unscheduled day or staying late.
